Frequently asked questions
What does a day porter do?
A day porter keeps occupied spaces clean, orderly, and stocked during business hours: restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces, plus requests as they come up.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes. We can supply paper products, hand soap, trash liners, and cleaning chemicals, billed separately each month based on actual usage. You can also keep providing your own.
Can our porter help with events or other tasks?
Yes. We support event setup and cleanup, furniture resets, and general facilities tasks. Requests outside the regular schedule are quoted in advance.
How quickly can service start?
Full service starts on the first day of your contract, on a start date we set together to fit your schedule. We fine-tune task lists over the first 90 days based on your feedback.
